We encourage all members to attend the AGM and Elections and participate in this important process on Sunday, May 03/26. At 02:00 PM

Please note that only members whose annual dues are paid are eligible to vote and to serve on the Board.

Proxies should only be used in exceptional circumstances, such as illness, mobility challenges, or if a member will be out of the country on May 03/2026. In accordance with our governance procedures, all proxies must be submitted to the Returning Officers no later than 7 days before the elections via taselections@torontoaryasamaj.org. You are also allowed to hand deliver your proxy to any Returning Officers.  This will allow time for them to be carefully reviewed by the Returning Officers  to ensure fairness and compliance with the Constitution.

The Returning Officers are Kristina Wagram and Morgan Webb and they can be reached via the e mail address: taselections@torontoaryasamaj.org

We recognize that the Walkathon is scheduled for the same day, however, we are obliged to have both events on the same for reasons that we cannot explain here. We kindly ask for your understanding and support.  

Application to be a member of TAS board 2026-2027:

If you are interested in volunteering on TAS board for 2026-2027, you must submit your request to the Returning Officers via e mail taselections@torontoaryasamaj.org no later than April 12/2026.

Please accept our apologies for the change in date and the slightly delayed circulation of this notice. The Board has made every reasonable effort to fulfill its responsibilities while respecting the legal process. It became necessary to delay the election to May 03/26 so that the organization may continue to operate in accordance with its governance obligations.
